You may cancel your Course booking for any reason within 14 days and receive a full refund.
If you cancel your booking after 14 days the following refund policy applies:
- Less than 4 weeks notice before Course commencement date: no refund
- Between 4 and 8 weeks before Course commencement date: full refund less an administration charge of €30
- More than 8 weeks notice before Course commencement date: full refund less an administration charge of €20.
All refunds will be credited to the card with which you made the original booking.
If you wish to change the date or venue of the Course you are booked on, ACCORD Dublin will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative date or venue without charge.
